The 2008 Southwest Regional tournaments will be held in Midland /Odessa, Texas. 
The baseball teams will play in Midland at Christensen Stadium and softball will be played in Odessa at Odessa College.
Midland and Odessa are sister cities located in the middle of the Permian Basin oilfields
and the host committee is comprised of many members from both communities.
